What defense mechanism do you usually use? Why do you think this is the case?

It usually takes me a pretty long time to fall asleep, but once I fall asleep I'll be asleep all night. If I don't have to wake up early, I can sleep as late as 1 in the afternoon. My sleep schedule really just depends on what I did that day and what I have for the next day.

Typically I go to bed at the same time each night and it will usually take me at least 30 minutes to fall asleep. I also only get about 7 hours of sleep each night, even sometimes when I try to go to sleep early I can't sleep and I end up getting less sleep. Although, if I am very very tired I can go to bed quickly.

I typically go to sleep around 10:30 every night. It normally take me a short amount of time to fall asleep because I am normally exhausted at the end of the day. I wake up around 6:20 giving me roughly 8 hours of sleep every night.

My typical sleep habits include showering before bed because my hair has to be wet and then going on my phone until I get tired. I typically get 5 to 6 hours of sleep, which is not the best but also I have extracurricular's that I have to do along with home work. It takes me about 2-3 minutes to fall asleep and I typically wake up at 6AM.

When I was younger I had a very hard time falling asleep, but luckily my sleeping habits have gotten much better. On school nights I typically go to bed around 10:30, and I wake up at 6:20-6:30. On the weekends the time I got to bed varies, but it would typically be between 11:00-1:00, and then I typically wake up anywhere between 8:30-10:00. I often can't fall asleep very quickly, and I'm not a person that can nap easily either.
