I am a part of my school group, young life group, family, and my gymnastics team on a daily basis. Typically I perform better when I'm along because I can get easily distracted, however in some situations its nice to have encouragement from peers.

I am a part of a few different groups during the day, my band friends, my spanish friends, the other people I interact with at school, and my family. I perform better when I am more social and when I tell my friends how I feel. When I leave out important details about things or if I do not hang out consistently with my friends, I get depressed really easily.

Im apart of between 3-4 groups a day depending on the schedules of people around me and my routine. I think I perform better alone because when I am in a group I like to be in control and most of the time that does not work.

During the day when I'm at at school, I am usually apart of 6 groups because I have a group in each of my classes and I have a group when I am eating lunch, and my family is another group. It depends on what group I am in if I am going to work effectively.

My groups would be my hockey team, my family, co-workers, and friend groups. I perform better as a group because i can focus on just my part.
