What defense mechanism do you usually use? Why do you think this is the case?

The easiest sense to live without would be taste because it is insignificant compared to vision, all that would affect it would be your smell and even that is not as significant as sight.

I think the easiest sense to live without would be smell. Without smell we could still do everything we normally do on a daily basis just without that extra sense.

I think the easiest sense to live without is taste. All the other senses are used to communicate and taste is not.

The easiest sense to live without would be taste. Every other sense has crucial importance in our survival skills, but taste doesn't have as significant a role. In fact, I think having a reduced sense of taste may help us, as it would allow us to have a larger variety of food intake as we would't be as picky when it comes to food we don't like to eat because they may not taste good. Sight, touch and hearing however are all very crucial when it comes to safety and survival.

I think the sense of taste would be the easiest to live without because I don’t feel as if it effects my life as much as the other senses. I wouldn’t want to lose the sense of smell because it isn’t correlated with taste and it would almost be like having two senses gone.
