Problem solving is considered a skill because it helps you navigate though day to day life. We are constantly facing problems throughout the day even if there just small ones. Problem solving is a skill because it helps us get through our daily lives. Not everyone has the ability to be an efficient problem solver and that inhibits them certain daily tasks. We could all use this skill not only in school but in tasks like cooking and other things. This is one of the most underrated helpful tasks.

Problem solving is a skill through which obstacles can be avoided or turned into a positive for whatever goal you're trying to reach. The level of proficiency can vary from person to person, and some may solve a problem in vastly different ways than others. I use it almost every day, with homework, scheduling, and most activities being a form of problem solving in some way or another. Problem solving is an essential skill for employment, as practically all jobs are meant for the purpose of solving a problem and filling a need.

Problem solving is very important skill for a person to have. By being able to problem solve, a person can be thrown any task and be able to complete it despite of any challenges that come in the way. Every day we problem solve when we lose our keys or wallet in the morning or run low on gas on the way to school or work. Being able to problem solve is an important skill to have to be employed because employers want to know that they can count on you to get the job done in an circumstance. If you are unable to do so you will not benefit the company.
