I think I use rationalization because I don't want to get upset or be embarrassed by what just happen, so I think of a logical and socially acceptable reason why something did not happen.

I typically use repression when it comes to defense mechanisms. I don't like to talk about what is really going on.

My most common defense mechanism is denial. If I don't agree with something I automatically go into denial. I think this happens because with denial you believe that there's a chance that whatever your denying can change.

I usually use the defence mechanism and deflect everything coming at me. I think this because I always try to push it off on someone else.

I use sublimation and shift my focus too sports and other things like playing video games. This is the best way for me to take out my struggles and shift them to something else.
