Select a person in the classroom to observe during the beginning of class. Describe what you noticed about their behavior in the classroom setting. Keep things private and confidential. Also, take this seriously!
What defense mechanism do you usually use? Why do you think this is the case?

The person I observed seemed not very interested. I could tell due to how they expressed their face and how they typed. This person typed slowly and almost not confidently. This person also sat with a bored expression on their face.

This person seems very focused and does not look happy to be in class today. He appears to be doing his daily blog and is typing vigorously he wants to get it done and over with.

The person seems to be in a relatively happy mood, but does not wish to be in class and is delaying doing the morning blog. Eventually, they get around to completing the task and sit back in their seat, ready to listen but not enthusiastic about it.

I picked a certain girl in our class to observe today. She seemed to say like and um a lot and often plays with her hair. She speaks up when she is confident in her answer. She acts the same as most people do in new classes.
