When you perform any task your brain is constantly working, when performing new tasks your brain is working twice as hard. I think when your brain is performing routine tasks it works less hard because it is used to doing this act.

When I am doing something like jogging, my brain is doing many things. First, my brain is using motor neurons to tell my legs to run. Then, sensory neurons go from my feet to my brain tellling my brain of the sensation of my feet hitting the ground. The brain is also telling my body to release endorphins as I work out.

Our brains are most likely processing everything and trying to understand the stimulus occurring throughout the day. It is also storing everything it sees in short term memory and is constantly taking in new things. It also attempts to make connections to memories.

The brain is most likely processing these tasks and thinking of what to do next after the tasks are completed. It is always moving and telling your body what to do and this goes for everything done in someones daily routine. It sends messages out to the body for what to do in order to complete the task that has been set out to complete.

When I am listening to music, my brain is processing the words being said and the rhythm of the music. It is coming in through the sensory processes to the brain where it is being turned into a from that I can understand. Then it comes into working memory where I will maybe remember some of the lyrics or the meaning of the song. The brain then sends the information to another part of the brain where I can respond or post on social media about how much i liked or disliked the song.
