What defense mechanism do you usually use? Why do you think this is the case?

I have learned many ways of conditioning our brains to do something. I think the most interesting part was that the reward for operant conditioning could be random and you didn't have to give the reward every time. I would like to learn more about classical conditioning as that is very interesting to me as well.

I have learned that you can learn things just by associating the stimulus of one thing and the response of another. I believe that will make it very useful for me to know when I study things in college to do certain things like listen to certain artists to make me remember what I am learning. The most interesting topic was about learning because it showed the baby Albert Experiment and how he associated nice things with this horrible sound and so he would cry at seeing things he once loved.

What I have learned about the process of learning is that everyone learns differently. Each person has a unique way of understanding and processing information and it takes time to retain the information. The process itself is fascinating how differently people retain and take in different types of information also.

I learned that learning takes constant effort and doesn't happen right then an there. The most interesting topic was the operant and classical conditioning. I would like to learn more about the process change in a person's mind when they move from one environment to another

I have learned about classical vs operant conditioning. The most interesting topic was types of reinforcement and punishment and the effects of them. I would like to learn more about how mental processes change over time.
