I think the most difficult part of being an adolescent is balancing independence and still living under your parents. We are supposed to be young adults but can still be treated like children. It is hard to find our place in this situation.

I think the hardest part about being an adolescent is having to balance between school, work, social life, insecurities, sleep, college applications, and life. It makes it even harder when children are also in school activities such as marching band or sports. And the pressure now to get good grades and good gpa is so hard, it makes it hard to do anything else. The pressure has increased from past years and now it has been controlling our lives.

I think the most difficult part is trying to discover who you are as a person. It's the time when people always are going through different friends and trying to gain their own confidence and establish the goals for the future. It is very stressful not knowing what you want and who you are, but as the adolescent years go by, hopefully it will become easier

I think that the most difficult part of adolescence is having to transition to adulthood (get a job, drivers license, credit cards, etc.) while still having to do well in high school and decide where you want to go to college and what to major in. It is an extremely stressful and important time period where a lot is expected of you. This stage is very transitional where as adulthood and childhood are more stable.

The most difficult part of adolescence is the peer pressure because everyone experiences peer pressure. Peer pressure in adolescence can be as simple as joining a club because all your friends are in it or wearing a certain brand because your best friend wears or as extreme like not wearing a seat belt because no one else is wearing one or doing drugs because the whole party is doing it. Peer pressure has costed many teens injuries or even worse; their lives.
