What defense mechanism do you usually use? Why do you think this is the case?

Life would be almost impossible. You'd have to breathe and blink manually, you'd barely be able to get anything done, and overall you'd be an almost entirely useless human being, unable to accomplish any task that'd more than one step.

If someone's memory was impaired I believe that life would be very tough. I feel life would be tough because with impaired memory a person wouldn't be able to perform the daily activities themselves without someone to help and if that person doesn't have the proper help they wouldn't be able to live their life happy and on-track. Life would also be pretty boring to because without memory a person wouldn't be able to experience the independent stage of life because they'd always be around someone.

If my memory was impaired it would be really hard since I wont be able to remember as much as I want to. I would have to face a lot of challenges like studying for quizzes and test would be hard, remembering key moments in my life that made me really happy and stuff like that would be hard to live with every day.

If my memory was impaired, my everyday life would change in many ways. First off, school work would be a lot harder when it comes to remembering information for quizzes or tests. At home, I would constantly forget where I put things or what chores I was supposed to do. I would have to begin making to-do lists in order to get anything done. This proposes a challenge because if I forget something on the list then I would not complete that task. It would also be a challenge because I would need assistance all the time when I leave the house which would frustrate me.
